Sizing and Availability

1. I am unsure about my size, can I get help from a representative?
A size chart is available to help determine the size you would like to order with most shirts that are sold through our Love Village Clothing site. This chart can be used as a general guide, but keep in mind that sizing and cut may vary between styles. If you have specific questions, please contact us. If you have any further questions, please contact us Monday – Friday, 8 A.M – 5 P.M. at 877-700-2089 or email customercare@lovevillageclothing.com.
2. Do you restock items that are sold out?
It depends on specific Love Village styles and sizes. There are times we will restock items, depending on its popularity and sale demands.
3. What if an item I ordered is not available?
Love Village Clothing makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we sell out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your total as well as shipping confirmation.

Change and Return Orders

1. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure our customers receive their orders in the shortest time possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. To change an order, our customer service representative must cancel the original order and place the order again. All change requests must be made before processing. If processing has already begun, a return would be necessary. If you have any specific questions regarding your order, please contact customercare@lovevillageclothing.com
2. What is your return policy?
Full-price Merchandise – All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date.The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back to Love Village Clothing. All exchanges must be of even value. Love Village Clothing will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing original tags. The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion. Love Village Clothing has the right to deny credit if merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Sale Items – All sale purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise in store and online will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at customercare@lovevillageclothing.com 
3. How do I return or exchange an item that I have received?
To begin a return or exchange, use our Return Order Form to receive a Return Authorization Number:

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number  – You must receive Return Authorization Number via email or phone before returning your product(s).

Ship your items! Pack your items and write your assigned RA Number on the OUTSIDE of the package; failure to do so will slow down your return process.

Shipping

1. Do you offer free shipping?
There are times we offer free ground shipping on certain orders 
2. How is my order shipped?
Most items are shipped by Ground – USPS. Generally, orders will take 2-5 days to process and prepare for shipment and will be delivered via USPS. A shipping confirmation email will be provided with a tracking link once the items have been shipped. Orders can be tracked at USPS.
