What is your return policy?

Full-price Merchandise – All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date.The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back to Love Village Clothing. All exchanges must be of even value. Love Village Clothing will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing original tags. The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion. Love Village Clothing has the right to deny credit if merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale Items – All sale purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise in store and online will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at customercare@lovevillageclothing.com

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number  – You must receive Return Authorization Number via email or phone before returning your product(s).
Ship your items! Pack your items and write your assigned RA Number on the OUTSIDE of the package; failure to do so will slow down your return process.
